Welcome to Innovategy Academy, a service of Innovategy Oy, offering personalized workshops and training on P3.express and micro.P3.express. By accessing or using our website (https://academy.innovategy.fi/) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Overview

Innovategy Academy offers live workshops on P3.express and micro.P3.express, available in three variations: BASIC, PRO, and EXTENDED. These workshops are designed to provide personalized training, helping participants gain a deeper understanding of these frameworks and apply them effectively.

In addition to these workshops, we also offer a free introductory course, OMIMO Introduction, which introduces participants to the family of frameworks under the Open Minimalist Modules (OMIMO) umbrella.

User Eligibility

  • Age and legal capacity: 

    • Users aged 13-17: Individuals aged between 13 and 17 must obtain explicit parental or guardian consent to create an account and use our services. By registering, you confirm that you have received such consent.

    • User under 13: Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at academy@innovategy.fi so we can take appropriate measures.

Account Responsibilities

  • Account creation: Users are required to create an account to access and purchase services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at academy@innovategy.fi. 

  • Account termination by user: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at academy@innovategy.fi. Upon termination, your account and personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you meet the conditions outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any of the following purposes:


  • Engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activities.

  • Uploading or transmitting spam, malware, viruses, or other harmful content.

  • Infringing upon any intellectual property rights of Innovategy Academy or third parties.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the website or services.

  • Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users.

  • Sharing defamatory content or hate speech.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or related systems.


Consequences of Violation:

Violating these prohibitions may result in suspension or termination of your account. Innovategy Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

User-Generated Content

  • Submission of content: Users may leave comments after completing a course. These comments must be respectful and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Feedback and testimonials: By submitting comments or testimonials, you grant Innovategy Academy the right to use your feedback in our marketing materials. We will not disclose your personal information without your consent.

  • Inappropriate content: Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, offensive language, harassment, hate speech, defamatory remarks, and any content that violates intellectual property rights.

  • Content removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice. If your content is removed, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at academy@innovategy.fi, and providing a detailed explanation.

Payment Terms

  • Payment methods: We accept payments through Stripe.

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Cancellation by user: You may cancel your participation in a workshop at any time before the scheduled date. We are committed to being flexible and understanding your needs. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full workshop fee refund minus any incurred fees from payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. Send a cancellation request to academy@innovategy.fi with your order details.

  • Refund policy:

    • Cancellation by Innovategy Academy: If a workshop is cancelled by Innovategy Academy, a full refund will be provided.

    • Refund processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.

    • Method of refund: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Privacy and Data Collection

  • User data: We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment information for the purposes of processing your transactions and managing your account. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • Data usage: Personal data will be used to fulfil orders, improve our services, and communicate about your purchased courses.

  • Third-party sharing: We share the payment details you provide during checkout with trusted payment processors like Stripe and PayPal to handle your transactions. We do not sell your personal data to other third parties.

Termination and Suspension

  • Termination by Innovategy: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service.

  • User’s right to terminate: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at academy@innovategy.fi. Account termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you meet the conditions outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

  • Informal resolution: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at academy@innovategy.fi. 

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.

  • Alternative dispute resolution (ADR): Before initiating litigation, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
